14:00 hrs., the RCMP, Federal Enforcement Section with the
help of the Canadian Motion Picture (Anti Piracy Section)
executed a search warrant on Edgar Street in Cornwall.The
search resulted in the seizure of numerous RCA Satellite
Systems,Integrated receivers and Access cards specifically
designed to defeat orbypass the scrambling system in Direct
Satellite programming system. The devices are also used in
the decoding of encrypted signals that emanate from American
broadcasters. As the search warrant was being executed,
several customers came knocking at the door looking for
service while others who had parked on the street soon
realized what was happening and left.Charges of committing
mischief in relation to Data under Section 9(1)(c)and
Section 10(2) of the Radiocommunication Act and Altering
Data 430(5) of the Criminal Code of Canada have been laid

Financial Post // December 20, 2003Canada's cable companies
are planning to create a snitch line with Crimestoppers that
will ultimately reward people for ratting out dealers, and
even neighbours, who are suspected of pirating U.S.
satellite television services.The campaign would be an
escalation of the previous message that using technology to
descramble an available U.S. TV signal carrying channels
unavailable in Canada is tantamount to theft.If a deal is
hammered out with Crimestoppers -- a volunteer group that
offers rewards for tips on crime that are turned over to
local police -- pilot programs will begin in January,
according to Harris Boyd, a senior vice-president at the
Canadian Cable Television Association, which is negotiating
with Crimestoppers.Jim Shaw, chief executive of
Calgary-based Shaw Communications, Canada's second-largest
cable operator, said the campaign against signal theft is
escalating because the problem continues to exist -- despite
a Supreme Court of Canada ruling last year that said
possessing and selling equipment to decode unauthorized
television signals is in contravention of the
Radiocommunication Act."What if you were asked to turn in a
dealer, report a neighbour, report an enemy, report your
mother-in-law?" he asked. "It's illegal in Canada and people
should know it."Upwards of 750,000 Canadians get satellite
TV through U.S. services, either by setting up a phony U.S.
address to which bills are sent, or buying "hacked" cards
that descramble with no monthly fee the U.S. satellite
signals that flow into Canada, industry figures suggest.That
is a large number considering that Canada's fourth-largest
cable firm, Cogeco Cable Inc., has just over one million
customers.The Canadian broadcast industry estimates that
subscriber and viewer losses to the U.S. services drain at
least $400-million in annual revenue from the system.Mr.
Boyd said the Crimestoppers initiative is a "no brainer" in
conjunction with other initiatives including trying to
persuade the federal broadcast regulator to allow cable
companies to sell foreign channels available on the U.S.
satellite services -- such as HBO, Qatar's Al Jazeera news
service and Italy's RAI -- directly to their
customers.Crimestoppers approached the cable association in
the fall and the two organizations are working out details
including the amount of money in each reward, what would be
required to receive it, and how the program could be rolled
out across the country, he said.The fact charges against
more than 60 alleged dealers have led to fewer than 10
convictions leads to the question: "At what point do you
give a reward when you want to encourage this?" he
said.According to the plan so far, the cable association
would reimburse Crimestoppers for rewards, and would create
and air television advertisements promoting the program,
said Mr. Boyd.While the previous campaign by an
entertainment industry consortium, including The Canadian
Cable Television Association, played on the conscience of
individuals, the latest tactic appears poised to force the
issue through the use of private citizens who believe
satellite piracy is wrong.According to one industry insider,
cable companies feel they are battling a large chunk of the
viewing public that does not see anything wrong with
descrambling the signals that spill into our skies from the
U.S., and politicians and police forces that find it
unpalatable to lay criminal charges against someone for the
television channels they choose to watch."The police have no
appetite for going after individuals," said Mr. Boyd, who,
nevertheless acknowledged that the Crimestoppers line and
its rewards might attract people to turn in neighbours who
simply watch a pirated TV signal.The cable association "will
try to structure [the advertisements so callers] think about
commercial activity," said Mr. Boyd.It will be up to police
to decide which tips to pursue, he said.Since last year's
Supreme Court decision, no individual has been charged or
sanctioned for buying the equipment for personal use and
watching the U.S. signal.A lawyer, who has advised industry
clients on the satellite piracy issue, said it would be "a
whole new argument" if an individual was charged.Indeed, the
Supreme Court ruling said it would not be correct "to
insinuate that the decision ... will have the effect of
automatically branding every Canadian resident who
subscribes to and pays for U.S. DTH broadcasting services as
a criminal."In September, the federal government proposed
amendments to the Radiocommunication Act to control the
import of illegal satellite equipment, increase penalties
and fines to deter theft and strengthen the ability of
broadcasters to take civil action against those who sell
illegal equipment. But the changes were put on hold and may
have to wait until after a federal election is held before
they are enacted.

DirecTV accuses thousands of signal theft // November 30
Critics call lawsuits based on credit-card records a
shakedown.Two years ago, DirecTV officials, backed by law
enforcement officers, swooped into three warehouses in
California and seized shipping records and credit-card
receipts of people who bought electronic equipment commonly
used to steal the beams of satellite television. The
nation's leading satellite television provider, DirecTV
Inc., has used those records to file thousands of piracy
lawsuits across the country, including recently in federal
court in Chicago. "Clearly, we're sending a message to
consumers," said spokesman Robert Mercer. "They need to
understand that this is theft." The company threatens
accused pirates with stiff penalties of $100,000 or more,
but offers to settle complaints for as little as $3,500.
Critics complain of DirecTV's strong-arm tactics. At least
one lawsuit against the company claims its legal campaign is
little more than extortion. "This is a huge anti-piracy
effort by DirecTV," said Fred von Lohmann, senior staff
attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a
nonprofit that works to protect consumers' digital rights.
"The problem is it's a classic shakedown venture." DirecTV
acknowledges that it has taken an aggressive attitude toward
piracy but denies that it is using the lawsuits as a
profit-making vehicle. "We would like to break even" on
attorneys' fees, Mercer said. The dragnet also has snared
some people who claim they are not pirates. Retiree Darrel
Moore of Indianapolis, for instance, says he has never owned
a satellite system. Yet he will probably have to spend more
money on attorney fees fighting the case than settling with
DirecTV. A small band of attorneys working with people like
Moore charge that DirecTV has failed to conduct any kind of
investigation to prove its cases, and that the company, as a
result, is abusing the legal system. They also note that
DirecTV, in an apparent effort to reduce its own costs, has
grouped multiple defendants in a single filing rather than
separately, as they say is required. "This is what I call
robo-litigation," said Paul Overhauser, an attorney in
Greencastle, Ind., who represents more than 200 people who
have been sued or contacted by DirecTV. "They've replaced
the judgment and evaluation done by an attorney with a
computer program that spits out form letters." Still, it
appears the public backlash against DirecTV has been minimal
compared with that against the U.S. music industry, which
seemingly borrowed a page from DirecTV's strategy and in
September launched lawsuits accusing hundreds of ripping off
music online. Apparently the public views the two types of
thievery as being distinct from each other, one legal expert
said. "People simply do not believe that downloading music
online is illegal," said Joseph Metcalfe, assistant
professor at the University of Oregon School of Law and
former prosecutor with the intellectual property division of
the Department of Justice. "But swapping music on the
Internet is not the same as using black market access cards
to intercept satellite signals without authorization."
Satellite piracy has become a big business in the United
States. As many as 1 million households, by some estimates,
illegally obtain programming from the nation's two big
satellite providers, EchoStar and DirecTV. The tool for the
illegal trade is a palm-size plastic card, similar to a
credit card, that, when inserted into a receiver,
unscrambles the satellite signals. The so-called smart card
can be transformed to a free card through reprogramming.
Until recently, DirecTV targeted peddlers of the
unauthorized access cards and the electronic equipment
capable of reprogramming the cards. Its anti-piracy
division, the Office of Signal Integrity, also developed a
countermeasure, the equivalent of an electronic bullet, that
it can broadcast to destroy the unauthorized cards. In 2001,
DirecTV zapped an estimated 200,000 illegal users on Super
Bowl Sunday. Later that year, the company, based in El
Segundo, Calif., launched its "end-user campaign," aiming
its corporate might at illicit viewers. DirecTV, which has
more than 12 million paid subscribers, risked creating a
public relations nightmare. "I think we risk a greater
backlash from our honest customers, our programming partners
and our retailers if we did not take an aggressive attitude
toward piracy," Mercer said. As many as 100,000 names and
addresses were collected from searches beginning in May 2001
of bootleg smart-card operations. DirecTV mailed strongly
worded letters to suspected pirates. The letter warns that
using illegal signal theft equipment to gain access to
DirecTV programs violates federal and state laws, subject to
fines of up to $10,000 per device. "Modifying devices to
illegally gain access to DirecTV's programming increases
potential statutory damages to $100,000," the letter says.
If the individual does not surrender the device and pay
DirecTV $3,500 for damages, the company threatens a lawsuit.
Once a lawsuit is filed, the company still offers a
settlement, Mercer said, but the amount increases to cover
court filing fees and other expenses. The company estimates
that it has mailed 70,000 to 80,000 letters in the past two
years. An estimated 18,000 people who did not respond have
been sued in federal and state courts, and more lawsuits are
expected, the company said. DirecTV has filed so many cases
that it cannot keep track of them all, defense attorneys
contend. For instance, Michael Scherer of Lake County, Ind.,
was sued twice, once in June and a second time this month,
said Overhauser, his attorney. He also has clients who were
sued after agreeing to settle. DirecTV declines to say how
many people settle before being sued and how much money it
has collected. "It's a very intimidating situation, even if
you think you're innocent," said von Lohmann of the
Electronic Frontier Foundation. "It's hard to find a way out
without laying out a bunch of cash." The company is
pressuring people to settle because it wants to control its
legal costs, defense attorneys claim. Indeed, a single case
has yet to go to trial. Mercer responded that while the
company prefers not to go to trial, it is prepared to do so.
DirecTV also is finding that its legal position is on shaky
ground in some courts. Last month, a federal judge in Texas
threw out a case because the company could not prove that
the defendant, Winston Bush, had intercepted or attempted to
intercept DirecTV's broadcast. "DirecTV cannot simply allege
that it possesses evidence that Bush bought a device that
was, in principle, capable of intercepting its signal,"
Judge Sim Lake wrote. Other courts have split on whether the
company can sue for civil damages under a federal criminal
statute that prohibits the manufacture, assembly, possession
or sale of interception devices. DirecTV has appealed some
of those rulings. "Because of ambiguous statutory language,
it's not a slam dunk for either side," Metcalfe said. A
federal judge in South Carolina dismissed eight cases last
summer because the defendants did not own the smart-card
technology, although their credit cards were used to buy the
devices for others. In all the cases, the defendants did not
own DirecTV satellite equipment. Even being a paid
subscriber of DirecTV doesn't shield the subscriber from one
of the company's letters.
A university researcher in Buffalo, N.Y., and a DirecTV
subscriber for at least two years, admits he bought
equipment - a smart card reader - but that it was for a
legitimate purpose: to develop a computer system used in
cancer research. After receiving a letter from DirecTV, he
called the company to explain his situation. The person on
the other end of the line, he said, didn't believe his
story. So he hired a lawyer. "They are suing their own
subscribers," he said. "That doesn't make sense."

acquitted today by Provincial Court Judge Charles Rubin on
three counts under the RadioCommunications Act.In September
of 1997 the RCMP seized 35 systems after Canada Customs
cleared them for import into Canada.The seizure was later
found to be unlawful, as it was done without a search

Dishnet took down lots of testers with their last ECM,
including commercial ware, freeware, and emulation. I was

year, satellite television giant DirecTV has fought back
against video piracy, filing thousand of lawsuits in
federal court.In recent weeks, the battle has spilled
over to Florida's state courts, with hundreds of
lawsuits similar to the federal ones popping up at
courthouses in dozens of counties.Some defense lawyers
say DirecTV isn't doing well in federal court, so the
company is testing out a new venue, hoping state circuit
judges will be more sympathetic to the company's blanket
approach to filing suit against almost anyone thought to
be pirating it signal.DirecTV officials deny they are
losing in federal court, saying the move to state courts
was designed to spread the workload among the hundreds
of state circuit judges, instead of burdening the 40 or
so federal district judges in Florida."Our resolve has
not changed," said DirecTV spokesman Robert Mercer. "We
are ready, able and willing to pursue these cases in
either court."But state court could turn out to be a
blessing for the defense attorneys, said Fort Lauderdale
lawyer Jonathan Yellin, who has represented several
people sued by DirecTV.In federal court, the lawyers
make much of their argument in written court filings,
Yellin said. In state court, there are a lot more
hearings where all the lawyers show up to state their
positions as the case progresses toward trial, Yellin
said."It's a lot more work for them in state court,"
Yellin said. "They'll have to keep showing up for every
little hearing in each case. That can be tough, and
expensive, if you file hundreds of suits."Mercer could
not say how many of the more than 15,000 people DirecTV
has sued across the country have settled or had their
case dismissed. Most cases are still active, slowly
moving toward trial. None of the cases, however, has
gone to trial."There will be more cases filed in state
and federal courts, as more defendants are identified,"
Mercer said. DirecTV uses access cards, similar to
credit cards, to let its 11.5-million subscribers view
as many as 220 channels. Back in the 1990s, video
pirates used illegally modified cards to get the signal.
The illegal cards sold on the black market for about
$100.In early 2001, DirecTV fired back with a blow that
has gone down in pirating lexicon as "Black Sunday." The
company transmitted an electronic counter measure that
rendered the illegal access cards useless.The company
then targeted Web sites that offered devices that let
users reprogram the cards, according to the lawsuits.In
May 2001, law officers and DirecTV officials made three
raids on Internet companies in California. They seized
millions of dollars worth of illegal devices, the
lawsuits state. They also unearthed more than 100,000
credit card receipts. The company used those receipts to
track down customers who purchased the access
devices.DirecTV sent letters telling them to stop using
the devices and to pay damages, which started at about
$3,500. Those who didn't pay face the suits that seek
$10,000 for each device purchased.Defense attorneys have
argued that the devices have legitimate uses, such as
encryption and computer security. And some people just
like to fool around with high-tech gadgets.Also, the
lawyers argue, some of the people caught up in DirecTV's
net never purchased one of the devices. Someone stole
their credit card, or another family member made the
purchase, they say."Whether it's state or federal court,
it's still hard for them to prove that all these people
intended to steal their signal," Yellin said.

no745 wafer board review // June 24 2003
I got a friend of mine to do a test and review on no745
wafer board few days ago and this is what he had to say
about it.
"Finally got to try this out tonight and here are my
findings. First I
applied a known blacklisted bin to my card. In Extreme HU I
verified the
cam ID as xxxx xxxx xxxx. I then inserted the card without
script on it to
the IRD and within 5 minutes the infamous 745 message
appeared. I then
rebooted the receiver and placed the card and the no745
wafer together and
inserted first to my programmer and attempted to verify the
cam ID through
Extreme HU. Extreme reports all values as 0000, including
cam id.
Next I placed this combination in my receiver (RCA 303RB 3rd
Gen) and
continued to get the 745 message for a number of inserts and
reboots.
Finally it came to life, and I did a system test on the
receiver to which it
read that the cam ID was now xxxx xxxx which would be a P4
number if
they are that high as yet. I then pulled the combination out
and tried to
reinsert again with difficulty, despite rebooting numerous
times, it would
ask for a valid card, or show 745 message instantly. Anyhow
finally it
took, and now the cam number had changed to xxxxxxx. I again
removed
and with numerous attempts of reboots and inserts got it to
work one more
time on this receiver. Again the cam ID had changed this
time to xxxx.
Off to one other receiver I have (RCA DRD420 5th Gen) and
inserted the
combination, and it worked instantly. Again a system test
produced yet
anther cam ID back in the 13 range. I then did another
system test and
found the cam id remained the same. I then turned the
receiver off and back
on and a system test, and the cam ID had changed.
All in all I think that this wafer is better for certain
receivers, more
than others, but seems to work. Issue is that if DAVE has
not issued P4
cards in this high of a range of numbers, he could blacklist
this 13, 14 and
15 number sequence very easily.
Few of the cards on my card chart hashed today for few hours
and gone back to normal again???

Dishnet ECM/DTV ECM // June 18 2003
There was dishnetwork ECM last night hitting all the
receivers with "digital locks" on it, all of the scripts I
was using got hit including Space twister and combabulator
(I was informed that wonderbox survived) but I think it has
something to do with receivers when you have digital locks
on those.

There was also DTV ECM today, majority of the scripts got

I also want to write about this jerk (it is Mortian from C&P
and his side kick from NY) who has been writing to all the
dealers on my page posing "Royce
" saying that my laptop is crashed send me a copy of the
WinExplorer and the script, you DEALERS should check where
the e-mail comes from (I do not use hotmail or yahoo), you
should also know how I write my e-mail besides all that if I
need your script I will post it on my page letting you know
if I crashed my computer so DO NOT send him anything, he is
sending e-mails as "Dexter" saying that he needs your script
if you get that e-mail and send him script there is some
thing wrong with you, think about it WHY THE HECK Dexter
want your script??? Do not fall for this shithead you guys
all know who he is, I kicked him off my page and since then
he is using these cheap tricks.
Few big changes // June 17 2003
Recent activities by DTV and authority is changing the
dealers and web sites maps very quickly:( owner of Sattech
(an information site) got busted few days ago:(
Space Twister has
announced that they will not be taking any new orders after
this month and they will be taking their site underground
with private access for their customers only, anyone who
joins up now will be eligible to get their private site
access.
Cheetah
informed me few hours ago that they will be doing same thing
as above, they also told me that the freeware code
"cheethah" is NOT the same codes as "cheetah".
Funnel Web guys sold their site to a
Aurora3M yesterday.
RomX review // June 14 2003
I received RomX from
Space Twister
yesterday and got a chance few minutes ago to play with it.
This card looks like white generic card with RomX printed on
one side, it works with NagraEdit, you do not need any
blocker for it, make a tier add to the card or add a .bin10
to it, change boxkey, IRD and you are ready to go.It is
sitting at a21 but I can access it no problem.
All the PPV including events are open along with majority of
the channels (99.7%) missing some ethnic stuff on 148.
I also received an e-mail from
DssPrivate3M few
minutes ago informing that anyone can join their site free
for 1 month of June if you like what you get you can carry
on otherwise there is nothing to loose.

I updated my card chart at 10PM pacific time, we also added
User Update to our
Forum today, it
is for end users to post their result for the script they
are using, it started wrong to begin with today and now you
guys know what I have to deal with when I test the scripts,
one person says it is down, next says it is up, when my goes
down and I post it down dealers start to scream that I am
not doing it right I suppose to be standing on left leg and
program the card instead of right hehehehe.
Few changes on the card chart too, I took off dssprivate3M
because their customers can not find them anymore, I also
changed Open3M from 3M software to HU modified, they wanted
me to test their activation not 3M for my card chart so fair
thing is I don't list them as 3M they are listed as modified
HU.

NEW YORK - On April 30, DirecTV scored what should have been
a decisive victory in the company's ongoing war with
satellite pirates. An Orlando, Fla., judge granted DirecTV a
temporary restraining order (and later a permanent
injunction) shutting down 63 hacker Web sites with names
like dssbadboys.com and piratesatelitte.net that provided
files to break DirecTV's encryption and allow viewers to
steal satellite service.
But the company blew it. Instead of quickly sending out a
signal to disable pirated access cards, DirecTV management
waited for the company's weekly disabling blast. When the
scramble finally happened, hackers had fixer files available
for satellite thieves within 15 minutes.
Given dumb moves like that, Rupert Murdoch might want to
reconsider his commitment to keeping most DirecTV's execs in
place once his $6.6 billion purchase of a controlling stake
in the satellite television company from General Motors
closes next year. Industry experts say piracy is costing
DirecTV $1.2 billion per year--a nice chunk of its $7.2
billion in revenue--and hackers are laughing at the
company's attempts to get the problem under control. Murdoch
has shown he has the tools and the will to do so, but
forcing DirecTV pirates to walk the plank in America won't
be as easy as shutting down their counterparts in Europe.
Part of the problem is DirecTV itself. "The fact that they
didn't act more quickly is mind-boggling," says Bob L.
Scherman, publisher of Satellite Business News. "Even the
hackers were stunned that nothing happened."
The Carmel Group, a satellite-consulting firm, says 2.2
million Americans will steal satellite service this year
from DirecTV compared with 720,000 from DirecTV rival
EchoStar Communications. The DirecTV-pirate population could
jump to 3.3 million by 2006. Piracy is so much worse at
DirecTV because its system is easier to break into and there
are many more DirecTV boxes available on the open market.
Until recently, DirecTV did not require customers to sign a
contract when they bought systems. That meant pirates could
buy cheap boxes and so-called smart cards that were being
subsidized by the company, hack into the system and get free
service.
DirecTV boxes come with a removable card that contains a
program to decode the signal coming from the satellite. The
card tells the box whether you can get HBO and NFL Sunday
Ticket games or just the basics like CNN and MTV. Hackers
sell devices that let ordinary folks reprogram their cards.
Periodically, DirecTV will send down a signal that changes
the codes on the cards. Hackers just figure out the new
code, paste it on a Web site and let their customers
download it to their cards. DirecTV cards are not hard to
come by: People legally resell their used boxes and cards on
eBay for as little as $35.
Murdoch's not saying exactly how he plans to tackle the
piracy problem, but his solution will most likely involve
NDS, a British company that makes encrypted cards for
Murdoch's satellite holdings in Europe, and is 80%-owned by
News Corp.
Until recently, NDS also provided all of DirecTV's cards.
But since last September, the two companies have been
involved in a bitter spate of lawsuits. DirecTV accuses NDS
of misappropriating trade secrets and fraud. NDS filed
counterclaims accusing DirecTV of conspiracy to infringe NDS'
patents and collusion to unfairly compete and breach
agreements. At the heart of the matter is DirecTV's desire
to bring the management and encryption of its security cards
in-house. But NDS alleges DirecTV is conspiring to create a
knock-off of its latest smart card; DirecTV does plan to
introduce its own card this summer
"NDS operates on 32 pay-television platforms around the
world," says Abraham Peled , NDS' chief executive. "At this
point only one is experiencing piracy: DirecTV." Hyperbole,
to be sure, but the problem is still worse at DirecTV than
at the majority of Murdoch's other satellite companies
around the world.
Many of the claims and counterclaims have been dismissed but
the case is still slowly working its way through the United
States District Court for the Central District of
California. Most analysts believe Murdoch will force both
companies to drop the cases and work together once he takes
over DirecTV. That's what happened in Italy last month when
Murdoch bought the Telepił satellite service from Vivendi
Universal for $1 billion and merged it with his own Italian
pay-television company, Stream. As part of the merger,
Vivendi agreed to drop a lawsuit filed by its Canal Plus
division accusing NDS of hacking Canal Plus' security codes
and distributing them in Italy. NDS will take over
smart-card work for the merged company.
Murdoch will likely try the same trick to get DirecTV and
NDS working together again but it won't be easy. In addition
to all the bad blood generated by the lawsuits, it will
likely take Murdoch a year to get the merger approved by the
U.S. Federal Communications Commission. That means DirecTV
will have 12 months to make cards complicating things for
the merged company.
Is card piracy a big enough problem that Murdoch should have
scrapped his plans? Probably not. Murdoch knew he was
getting a fixer-upper when he bought DirecTV. But piracy is
something that Murdoch may have to learn to live with.
"The best you can do is try to contain piracy," says Sean
Badding of the Carmel Group. "You can't stop it."

Guess what cry babies everyone is back to GREEN because

I receive one or two
e-mails after the hash claiming that they have HUDSS and
theirs went down how come mine is running? I don't know why
mine is running but I am testing the one they sent me, I
also know 10-12 other people who are using same as mine and
they are working fine too. Maybe HUDSS is not providing
new/few people their good scripts? Maybe the script is not
locked properly (easy to dump) and they do not trust
everyone with it, I don't know the reasons, I don't have any
answers for you, go ask them not me.

As I anticipated the hash is back, my card chart is updated

I am going to inform you guys on few issues.
First one is HUDSS this software ran for me flawless from
Oct 2002 till March 28th and from March 28th till now it is
running just fine here, I am receiving reports from people
who went down last week with their software and again today
I have no idea what they sent those guys but the software I
am using is running fine here.
Renegade informed me that they will not be taking anymore
new members they are suspecting that one of their members is
stealing their code and they want to do some house cleaning.
OnlyDSS customers please let me know if you guys were down
with this new hash using their April 18th fix script.
Updates and info // April 18 2003
As I said "This is going to be controversial because
hashes are gone from the stream now and all of the dealers
are going to claim that their stuff is working fine"
I am sick of answering dealers claim that they were NOT down
so I left EVERYONE up and I am not going to update my
software either, this hash will be back on Monday and we
will see who stays up and who goes down.
5 new hash commands in the stream!!! I will update my chart
after work today.
Chart update at 5pm Friday!!!!
This is going to be controversial because hashes are gone
from the stream now and all of the dealers are going to
claim that their stuff is working fine but my UTVs were
frozen on majority of the scripts.
I would like the input from the end users too because I did
not come home till 5PM Pacific time and by then all the
hashes were gone.
My Ech* wonderbox went down few days ago, I put a red mark
on it as usual when anything goes down, 5 days later I was
informed by them that I suppose to update my software.
As a dealer it is your responsibility to let me know when to
update the merchandise because I do not have 6th sense:)
Space Twister went down yesterday but later on I found out
that it only went down on 301 and 501 receivers and only
those to models with digital lock on them I have 1 receiver
without digital lock and it is working fine there I am sure
Ech* is ready for a different kind of attack.
I received an e-mail from DirecTV dealer who informed me
that DTV is replacing the older receiver with the newer
receivers and these new receivers are the one with RID
numbers on them so if you can find old receivers it would
not hurt to save them for yourself.

Ontario dealers be aware/Hashing // April 11 2003
A very good source of mine told me that there will be lots
of raids in Ontario today (Friday), RCMP is going to step it
up a notch and go after the home based satellite dealers
too.
To make the matters worst there is hashing in the stream
starting 9:45 AM pacific, go to channel 375 if you want to
see your card hit or not hit.

I have completed the "Live
Chart" with the dealer versions I am using, all you guys

ROM10/11 unlocker // April 06 2003

guys released ROM10 & ROM11 unlock few days ago, this
will unlock cards from revision A20-A3B, you can use this to
program Globecast cards, comes with dish 3M and you can also
encrypt your own 3M using it.

There is a nasty dishnetwork ECM in the stream hitting the
receivers, they are targeting 3Ms, atmega, & everything.
Apparently the target is cam id related but I can not cofirm
that 100% at this time.
Ultra3M customers // March 24 2003
I just received an e-mail from OnlyDSS explaining the
situation about Ultra3M mess, what I understand is that
their script writer left them out cold because of the raids
in LA (mid Feb).
After loosing money on few new script writers they found a
new guy but by then they lost their partner in the Ultra3M
and they were forced to close Ultra3M, I took them off my
site around March 6th not knowing what was going on behind
the scene (don't care much to know either).
Here is what they are offering to their Ultra3M guys

There is NO hashing activity in the stream currently that

Directv Latino files for chapter 11 // March 18 2003
Directv Latin America has filed for bankruptcy today "Story"
On the other news I receive an e-mail from
SpaceTwister guys yesterday claiming that they can
unlock the stream locked ROM10 & ROM11, that is very good
news for testers.
I am testing their
SpaceTwister Echo for ROM2, ROM3, ROM10 & ROM11 which is
very nice easy to use software and so far very reliable too.
Their SpaceTwister HU comes with 2 different versions, one
is "read lock" (any attempt to read card loops it) and IRD
lock (you might dump it but will not be able to use it),
impressive work guys!!!!

There was hashing early afternoon today, few of the cards on
my card chart got hit.

told me that I was using their older software that is why it
froze on my their latest version is Feb 24 2003 which I just
downloaded and it is running fine.
Majestic guys told
me that it could be corrupted card if I clean my alt-ee it
will work fine, I just did that and this one is running fine
too so I fixed my card chart accordingly.
Time to do some house cleaning // March 06 2003
I have suspended some dealers off my card chart after
receiving complains about their customer service and
possible theft of other dealer scripts.
I also took Ultra3M off because of them sending me different
script than their customers.
This should send a message to ALL the dealers on my page
that I will take you guys off if I find any cheating,
customer service problem and or any other fraud.
I am back // March 05 2003
Hi guys, I wrote in my last news that I will be gone on
holidays for 6 days or so I came back 20 minutes ago with
500 e-mails containing same damn question "why is your card
chart not updated" I copied and pasted same message to as
many e-mails as I could saying "read my news" hehehehe.
I did not turn TV on yet, I will test all of the scripts and
try to update it in next 45 minutes or so.
Hashing // Feb 25 2003
Apparently there was hash in the DTV stream today, I just
came back from work I will check out everything and update
my page accordingly.
I do this as a hobby and I work FULL time doing something
else so please be patient and give me a chance to do it
instead of bombarding me with e-mails.
I will be away for one week starting Feb 27th, I am trying
to make arrangements if a friend can update my page for me
otherwise it will not be updated till March 6th.
Here is the update, despite few e-mails from Int. coders,
DSSPrivate3Ms and world coder customers I did not find my
scripts down? All of the dealers above confirmed that they
were freezing in the afternoon and stopped freezing few
hours later, one of the Ultra3M script I am using went down
too.

New rules for the dealers // Feb 21 2003
I am going to make a new rule for all the dealers who got
3Ms on my page, I am sick of dealers and their side kicks
who keep on informing me how their version 3 came is up
after their version 10 goes down with the hash, I will not
care if version 2 is up or 7 went down and 8 started working
I DO NOT HAVE hours to go through every single version a
dealer has sent me in past to see if ANYTHING is up.
Here is how it is going to go from now on, you guys send me
or inform me which version you guys want me to test I will
write that version on my card chart in front of your name
if/when that version goes down there will be a red mark on
the calendar and the card chart PERIOD no if and but.
I will be sending you guys e-mail to ask about the version
and I will be writing that on my card chart for people to
see which version I am using if anyone does not like that
they can have their 3M removed from my page.
Footnote to the above notice, I have updated my
live chart "notes" column with the software I am testing
for the dealers.
Any dealer who did not inform me with the proper version
should e-mail me ASAP otherwise their software will not be
updated to current status and I will eventually remove it.
P6 the new card? // Feb 20 2003
This article was sent to me but I can not confirm it 100%,

"UPI-DirecTv spokesperson Larry Reiser announced today the
launch of DirecTv newest access card. "This new access (P6)
card is using DirecTv newest patent incorporating 512 bit
encrypted technology", this newest encryption was approved
yesterday at the U.S. Government Patent office in Washington
D.C. and several leading companies including Microsoft have
joined in purchasing this newest hacker technology. This new
card is expected to roll out during the month of March. "We
have silently built up a inventory of over 12 million cards"
stated Larry Reiser in anticipation of a one time massive
swap to be completed in 30 days from launch."

LOS ANGELES (AP) A federal grand jury has indicted 17 people
who authorities say hacked into satellite television
transmissions, causing millions of dollars in losses to
DirecTV and Dish Network, the U.S. Attorney's office said
Tuesday.
Six of the defendants were charged with violating the
anti-encryption provisions of the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act, the first time the law has been used in the
Central District of California.
The indictments were returned last month after a year-long
undercover federal investigation and were unsealed Tuesday.
Ten defendants already have agreed to plead guilty,
authorities said, including a 43-year-old West Los Angeles
man who has acknowledged causing $14.8 million in losses to
satellite TV companies.
The investigation, dubbed ``Operation Decrypt,'' was aimed
at people who develop software and hardware devices that
crack the scrambled signals designed to limit satellite TV
services to paying customers. DirecTV, for instances, uses
``smart cards'' as part of their set-top boxes that
descramble satellite signals.
The defendants named Tuesday are charged with thwarting that
security, often meeting in secret online chat rooms to
exchange data and techniques and using such nicknames as
``FreeTV,'' authorities said.
The defendants range in age from 19 to 52. Most live in
California, although some defendants are from Kentucky,
North Carolina, Texas, Indiana, Florida and Ohio.
``This case demonstrates our commitment to identifying and
prosecuting sophisticated computer hackers who steal the
intellectual property of others for their own economic
benefit,'' U.S. Attorney Debra Yang said.
The cases involve one or more of three federal charges,
including manufacturing a device for the purpose of stealing
satellite signals, violation of the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act and conspiracy.
All three counts carry a maximum sentence of five years in
federal prison. Two of the counts carry a potential $500,000
fine, while the conspiracy charge carries a maximum fine of
$250,000.
The investigation is still being conducted by the FBI's

Dealer and end users in trouble // Jan 23 2003
It does not pay to be a provider of hacked satellite TV
access cards ... and it now may not be worth the trouble for
viewers to obtain illegal satellite TV reception devices.
Last week, DirecTV filed lawsuits in U.S. District Court
against 22 Pennsylvania individuals the company said were
allegedly receiving the satellite TV service through
illegitimate means.
The lawsuits targeting the viewers seek damages of $10,000
to $100,000 for each violation of the law. According to
sources, the defendants were identified through records
obtained in a search of several companies which allegedly
sold reprogrammed access cards or equipment that can
illegally intercept satellite TV signals.
DirecTV's Robert Mercer said the company has filed hundreds
of legal actions against users of signal theft equipment
during the past year.
The lawsuits follow litigation filed in federal court in
June seeking damages against seven other Pennsylvania
residents, alleging they had purchased pirated access cards.

Bright brains from BEV sent a command through the satellite
last night to fix the "nag message".
BEV guys tried the receiver hit on the hacked cards
yesterday, they achieved their goal matter of fact they over
achieved by hitting their legit subscribers.
After an event full day at their call centre they decide to
reverse it by sending a fix command through their system so
all the hacked and legit receivers are working again.

According to this story from Sat Biz News, Direct TV has delayed its schedule for moving everybody to the P4 card. "With hackers boasting that they are on the verge of cracking Direct TV's newest conditional access card, the DBS service’s campaign to stop theft of its service took several twists and turns last month.
As hackers kept up their efforts,Direct TVscaled back one of its most widely publicized anti-piracy activities—the swap out of its third -generation cards (known as the “Hu” or “P3” in favor of the new fourth-generation card (known as “P4”). At the same time, DTV's policy of going after consumers who allegedly use hacked cards is facing a class action legal challenge. All of this went on as DTV's legal battle with conditional access supplier NDS Group P.L.C. escalated.
According to several sources, the swap out of Direct TV's third-generation card is being halted with more than 10 million P3 cards still in use. Many owners of TiVo and UltimateTV digital VCRs with Hu/P3 cards are still receiving P4 replacements, sources said, but once that process is completed Direct TV does not plan to resume the P3-P4 swap out until sometime next year.
Why the digital VCRs are being targeted was not immediately known, though some consumers have been posting messages on the Internet suggesting there are technical issues with the digital VCRs that require them to be used with a P4 card. Several industry hands said they have been told Direct TV is delaying the card swap because of its expense and the company’s emphasis on lowering its operating costs for the remainder of the year to make its bottom line look better.
The Hu/P3 card is generally believed to be the most hacked satellite security card in history, with more than I million modified cards being used to stealDirect TVservice in the U.S."

Criminal charges laid in MB // Nov 13 2002
RCMP have laid the criminal charges against a Winnipeg company for selling AVRs etc.... Here is the write up from one of the radio station in the area.

A six month police investigation has led to charges against a Winnipeg company..
The RCMP Federal Enforcement Section has charged the company with a breach of the Criminal Code and a breach of the Radiocommunication Act.
On November 5th, a search warrant was carried out and a large quantity of satellite programming equipment was seized. The equipment included circuit boards, plastic cases, cables and other items.
Some of the seized property will be on display Wednesday at the RCMP headquarters on Portage avenue.
Police will also release further information about the investigation and the charges at that time..

AngelRom10 is the very first commercial Rom10 hack which works with ALL colors and revisions of Rom10 cards, it is being load by combabulator which means it will be very hard to dump if not impossible. I was informed by Angel that they can read boxkey and all from any Rom10 cards too.

There was hashing on Oct 18 which caused some scripts to go down from channels 275-385, that hashing lasted for few hours and everything was back to normal again, all of the down guys sent me new scripts even though their scripts started to work again, I assume those scripts would hash very soon and hashing will spread to all the channels.
DTV is taking over (and already has taken over) lots of dealers and information sites lately, there is a list of it at DecoderNews on this topic.

Echostar and Nagravision filed their lawsuit against NDS today, all this was in the making when Echostar asked the California judge to intervene on their behalf to preserve the evidence in Canal+ and NDS lawsuit 2 days ago.
Echostar also named DR7, Von, Koin, Hitec and JD in their lawsuit too but I am not too cleared if these guys are being named as witness or part of the lawsuit.

An other big news happened later on today when SFSInfinite guys released the Wonderbox HU emulation, software is in my computer but I did not get a chance to try it yet, I am sure it is very well written software.
Their echo* emulation is very impressive so far it uses very unique 3M not the tier 3M so you get EVERYTHING with it including the channels I could not get with other freeware or private 3Ms.
There is also USW0800 in the datastream but it did not effect any 3Ms yet, hold on to your horses for a rough ride:)
WindowXP security hole // Sept 14 2002
I usually do not write anything other than satellite news but I know lots of guys are using WindowXP hacked copy, if you are using hacked XP you will NOT be able to get service pack1 from Microsoft which fixes the hole the links below explains the problems and fix.
There is a security flaw in the XP that can delete all of the files on your harddrive by visiting the wrong page.

Wonderbox Echo mode ready // Sept 08 2002
I received my wonderbox update to change it to Echostar mode which was very easy and simple flash.
I filled in my receiver info and it started my echostar receiver without any card hooked to wonderbox or receiver.
There is also echostar/DTV data log option too, for that you have to insert card into wonderbox.

Reports are coming in saying H card emu's, and 3Ms are losing channels this morning. This comes after a leak from Dave stating that channels will drop over the next week, resulting in the final shutdown of the H...Truth...or another scare tactic...more details when they are known.
On the Dishnet front, they are still hammering away on the receivers the attack is targeted toward PPV string.
Be careful about the freeware file floating around the net which will lock you out of the cards.

Yesterday's ECM took out the receivers not the cards, to rectify the problem you have to get your TSOP re-flash.

ROM2 unlooping // July 30 2002
I got an e-mail from CanSat out of Manitoba few weeks ago that they can unloop the ROM2 cards which is un heard of so I was spectacle about it.
I sent them 11 looped ROM2 cards along with very badly damaged 13 ROM3 cards which I could not fix myself here.
I received the package back yesterday 8 of 11 ROM2 and 9 of 13 ROM3 were fixed which is very surprised result because no one suppose to fix ROM2 according to experts:) and ROM3 were badly damaged too.
I was also informed by CanSat that they got their own locked ROM2 3M which is up and running for 2 years now.

Rumor has it that ROM10 card (extensively used by Dishnetwork and Bell Expressvu) has been compromised recently and is ready to hit the market soon.
Be aware of a scam, a good friend of mine received an e-mail from a guy name Chris out of Arizona Scam .
I tested a limited load software Infinity which is a very neat concept, you download this software from the net and it allows you as many loads as you paid for after that you can use the software to clean your PPV (it is an activation type software).

I received a new script created by "team tv4u Ringer which uses the ROM entry into the HU cards instead of Eeprom method, it does not matter what kind of lock on the card this script can read and write any card no problem.
I also received an email from the Funnel Web guys and they informed me that they are now selling there software again for a limited time. These guys have been on my card chart since the beginning of the year and have a pretty good record. They informed me that they will be selling new copies of software until September 1st and then will be going back behind close doors again.
The 3rd news is about dishnetwork ROM2 cards, I received and e-mail from CanSat saying that they can unloop ROM2 cards now, I did not get any fixed yet so I can not confirm that 100%.
Easybuy2000 raided // July 19 2002
I have a confirmed report from Montreal that easybuy2000 guys were visited by RCMP few days ago but I do not know exactly what were they looking for. Easybuy web site is still running, I wrote them an e-mail asking about the raid but no answer yet.

Black listed bins // July 17 2002
DTV has been adding lots of HU cards to their black list for last few days which is causing cards to go invalid or ext.745.
I guess they are keeping end users on their toes by mixing up hashing with black listing.

Few script freezing // July 05 2002
DTV started hashing again yesterday which caused few of the scripts to freeze, it took me a while to figure out what was being hashed because you have to be on the same channel for around 20-30 minutes before you will see it freeze for few seconds.
For some strange reason C&P software is not on my top3 script anymore which is a bug in my software which generates the reports for me I sent an e-mail to the guy who made the software for me.
New satellite company? // July 03 2002
There was an announcement made by German satellite company SES AMERICOM that they would be coming to North America very soon , this makes you think that if it is for real or an other good old trick by multi million dollar corporation who wants that merger (DTV and Dishnetwork merger) done.
This merger is in front of senate as we speak, opposition to this merger are saying that this can be a monopoly if this goes through.
I wonder if smart but corrupted minds of DTV and Dishnetwork have created their own competition so everything can be approved by the senate?
On an other topic I was talking to Andre from easybuy2000 about the recent legal issues, customers privacy and security when they buy merchandise of the net, what Andre has explained to me about his set up is that they spent lots of time and money to secure off shore account for their network and transactions so anything that is being purchased of them is kept secured and secret.
I am sure most companies will be following this direction so they can do business properly and their customers can have peace of mind when they make a purchase.

Feds and Direct TV on the hunt // June 24 2002
Direct TV unveiled the detail of federal charges against 4 people today, one of the accused is Canadian citizen.
DirecTV said an extradition hearing is scheduled for Bill Rath, who was released on bail last Friday from an Ontario jail, to determine if he will be transferred to the United States to stand trial for money laundering, conspiracy and fraud by access device - all felony charges. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrested Rath last week on a warrant issued by a Kentucky federal court following a lengthy investigation conducted by Kentucky-based FBI and IRS agents.
The indictment charges that Rath headed an international conspiracy to design, manufacture and distribute signal theft devices throughout North America. The devices were designed to compromise DirecTV access cards, the satellite TV company said. Rath allegedly took orders for the devices in Canada, then had the product manufactured and distributed by other defendants.
The purchasers were instructed to wire payments to an offshore bank account established by Rath. Information concerning the offshore account, located in the Turks and Caicos islands, was uncovered during an investigation by the DirecTV Office of Signal Integrity and was turned over to federal authorities. The wire transfers date back to 1996 and are estimated to run into the millions of dollars, DirecTV said.
Facing the same charges in the case - as named by DirecTV - are three other defendants: Mike Hill, of Anderson, S.C., Jeff Sanders, of Shelbyville, Tenn., and Gregg Chaffin, of Franklin Furnace, Ohio.

I got a loader/unlooper USCT few days ago, this is probably the highest quality made unit I have seen so far it is a very small unit with everything surface mounted on it except the Atmel chip, got dip switches on it to change the timing according to the computer you are going to use this on.
I have flashed it with everything and results are very good including UL4S unlooping with ExtremHU.
The USCTis an Glitcher/Loader/UnLooper & a ISO Programmer (reader/writer), It will work with any smartcard made to date. It hasan automatic variable power and frequency adjust built in,so there is no need for variable power supplies to mess with. This unit can be used to EMU with. With the variable power and frequency means alot less glitching. This hardware glitches into card the 1st glitch 99% of the time.This is some of what it can do. H, HU, Dish network, P-4's, card entry systems, and alot more. It has PC/SC Drivers for working with PC/SC applications also. Also this board is totally legal to buy andsell anywhere, It is a legit smartcard development board, not a satellite hacking device. This means that the possession of this board is legal as well, unlike other devices made specifically to hack satellite.

I also received the unlooping option for my Wonderbox yesterday too (which is free for all the wonderbox owners), I did not think unlooping could be made any faster than it was currently with all the commercial stuff but I guess I was wrong, Wonderbox unlooping seems to be faster than any other unlooper so fast.
I think big part is the reason is that Wonderbox uses USB for all the communications while all the other unlooping devices use 9 pin Com ports.

I finally updated my Wonderbox to the latest software and tried the added new features.
It is very impressive!!!! you can dump/clean any card (commercial or non commercial) with first or second glitch, unlooping needs little more tweaking but over all it is first class but again you can not expect anything less from SFS Infinite boys:)

Hashing in the stream, Ultra3M and PVT Group HU were the only 2 software which got hashed and they both sent me fixes right away.
USW007 is not in the datastream for last few days now.
Correction:)))) I guess there is a Dishnet ECM toward AVRs and Atmega (wedge board ECM) I am running plastic myself that is why I did not know about it.

I have tested few USW007 cleaner/reader in last couple of days the most impressive one so far is by WinExtreme1.0, I hope they do not distribute reading function with it.
Wonderbox guys added USW007 cleaner reader to their boxes too, I did not upgrade mine yet but I was told it works good.

I received some cleaners for USW007 cards after my last post (Super_readerV2 & .ini file for ExtremeHU) none of those files did anything to unlock updated cards.

All the cards with USW 007 update (3Med or subbed) are locked after receiving the update 3Med cards with updates come up with call ext721 message, the only way to access at this point is to unloop the card for time being. I am sure the guys are working on USW007 compatible program as we speak.

PayPal = No pay pal // May 05 2002
After the April 26th ruling PayPal started to freeze dealers money, all of the dealers received an e-mail from PayPal stating that "their account is under review and it will take up to 180 days to be a restricted account" which means they got NO access to their funds for 6 months, this is driving some dealers right out of business.
Few dealers looked into hiring lawyers but the amount of money it is going to cost them to fight this will probably equal to the money they are fighting for the end result could be zero in their pockets, what a crock of shit.
I think the only proper way to deal with this would be a class action law suit against PayPal, all of the dealers combined probably have close to 2-3 million dollars frozen by PayPal, if these guys can receive legal services together and pay the percent of what they have in frozen funds accordingly they should be able to receive majority of the funds back, this is just my personal thought on this mess.

There has been much negativity surrounding this verdict but I wish to convey a few comments that shed greater light on the issue and hopefully inspire people to be positive and for good sites as this to stay in business in serving the interests of those who are in this "hobby" for legitimate causes. There is no doubt that this top ruling defines the precedent which now can be used to uphold the law regarding foreign signals decoded within Canada (but only at most for a short time). In the past most provincial Superior Courts have ruled that the RTC Act does not define a complete prohibition- based on the comments that can be read/found in the actual Supreme Court ruling. The reason that the SC ruled the way it did is for basically these two reasons it concluded (summarized below): 1). The word-for-word structure of the section of the act under question does not in and of itself have any ambiguity (the other courts used the fact that the Act didn't outrightinclude the US-Canada "grey" issue in its wording as reasonable evidence that the Act was not a complete prohibition of such signals; they also used the reasonable argument that "lawful distributor" in the Act could be interpreted as a defense by "inverting" this truth to support the defense that US providers within Canada are not "lawful" by definition, therefore not covered under the meaning of the section of the RTC Act under interpretation).
2). The test for ambiguity included the fact that the intention/meaning of the Act when it was being written
byParliament,would obviously (to the SC) have been to preserve Canadian broadcasting (sole) rights within
Canadaandrestrict foreign influenceon our sovereignty. The SC made it clear that no interpretation should be construed
that would harm the intent of whatParliament was trying to do.....EVEN if they make the mistake of not making their
intentions CLEAR enough (ie. it couldbe easily argued, as it was until the SC ruling, that the intention was not a
complete ban and IF there was anambiguitybecause of a legal error made or by not including proper text, the intent of the
writings at the time should not be penalizedby verdicts such as those given out by other courts across the nation in favor
of Grey Market interests).
Acomment about these points: It should be no surprise that Parliament intended their words to mean a complete prohibition----these are the same people whohave beenbehind the scenes in favor of BellVu's position (ie. this Act was written by our Government and their intentions have always been in favor of sovereignty and Canadian protectionism at all costs, and the CRTC was a big part of the writing of this act). We've all hoped and wished that the intent was not a complete ban. The only shocking evidence to the contrary is official comments like the one Keith Speicer made (you know the one)----I would be very interested if anyone has any official quotes as to what he feels about his statement(s) he made then, today. I guess the only logic is that "40 years" ago the Russians WEREN'T STANDING TO PROFIT from blocking broadcasts like Bell/StarC do today. Its a sad statement of society today when the government sells out our freedoms for the sake of industry and profit (It shouldn't matter how many $Billions$ are at stake). The bold judgment that I feel the SC should have made is this : that because statements on the record by officials such as this and others over the years, show enough evidencethat the spirit and intent of government has always been to support ultimate Canadian freedoms including the right to choose whatever programming the want from whomever they want and therefore the interpretation and intent of this Act is not a complete ban. The SC chose to make their own judgment basedmostly on the letter of the law and included nothing from the 30+ year history that Canada has had enjoying foreign decoded subscription programming officially sanctioned and by the Canadian Government (a fact!).NOW FOR THE MEAT AND YUKON GOLD OF WHAT I WISH TO SAY: The Supreme Court is widely known for upholding rights andfreedomsof Canadians and almost never restricts those at whatever the cost. It has appeared to many that this wasn't the case in this Grey Market ruling....BUT this decision was a two part one andyou may recall that the SC was extremely clear in makingit known that this ruling did not include AN OUNCE of consideration for a defence based on the constitutionality of the Act and COULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT because this line ofdefence was not the subject of the appeals case (Cam-Am) before them and had to be a completely separate legal proceeding. This is it folks.....this is the message that the Supreme Court normally makes-it will be made Black and White.......the SC has ruled that the Act intended a complete ban on the decoding of foreign signals. In ruling #2 the SC will in all likelyhood and based on past practice, rule that this is unconstitutional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is good in two ways....it preserves the rights and freedoms of ALL Canadians and it sends the message to the government to amend its laws to be constitutional. This will come in two forms: the government will try to rewrite sections of the Act or pass other laws to hinder the Grey Market or the Government will ignore the ruling of the SC. Need I comment that our government has been actively doing both of these already in preparation for a SC ruling that doesn't favor THEIR position. Our government is very afraid that they will lose on constitutional grounds but they are banking on the hope that a win on the interpretation of the Act (which they did win) will shake/scare up the Grey Market industry enough that they won't have to expend the effort and fight the issue tooth and nail to the end (which they fear they'll lose). For this reason its important that all sites like dishnewsonline are given complete support - or else all Canadians will lose the fundamental freedoms we enjoy so much about being Canadian.Even if this fight is just over plain old TV (and yes even if free sometimes).

Here is my opinion on this whole issue "We as Canadian take a great pride of being a multi cultural society and also one of the fore runner in freedom of speech and democratic society, I personally think this judge over looked the issue of Russian, East Indian, Pakistani, Arabian, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, Israelis, Dutch and many other Canadian who would like to keep in touch with their heritage, culture and religion through the satellite dishes.
I bought my Echostar to watch ethnic channels and Cricket games which are only broadcasted by Echostar in North America if XpressVu or Starchoice want to be fair to all these people they should start to broadcast all these channels for all the ethnic groups before going after grey market users I am going to leave all my dishes up the way those were previous to this judgment if I get charged for using my system I will be challenging the legality issue of this myself by suing xpressvu and starchoice for denial of service for my cultural, heritage, religion and sports events (I am sure there will be lots of other group who will follow the suit) I will be going after CRTC for same reasons and I will also file a complaint to human right organization for violation of my religious, cultural and human right by CRTC and Canadian Justice system.

More hashing being seen in the last while. It seems like they were targeting jumpless 3Ms mainly but I have seen some other scripts go down along with jumpless 3M, my card chart is updated, DynamicXM script was NOT a copy of any other software as some people suspected it before it stayed up fine with the current hashing. New products and info // April 15 2002
I was informed by WonderBox guys that they will be releasing their version of HU unlooper to all the wonderbox customers today, this unlooper is suppose ably faster than and it would dump any HU card (I think that is a bad idea), they were also mentioning HU emulation and echostar patch to make this box work with that system too I guess we will see when all this becomes available.
I also added Dishnet Unlooper to my card chart this unit unlocks/unloops ROM3 cards, they sent me a White Knight (GuardianII) on Friday this is a white card (generic card) I did not get any information on it yet I will write more update on it as soon as I find out.
I added a Combabulator to the chart too this unit loads ROM3 cards and cards can not be dumped with anything including other Combabulator, you have to use the same unit to unlock the cards.
I have received 3 new HU software packages in last few days too, first one is C&P it is quite unique and works with certain kind of loader, 2nd one is DynamicXM it is very neat and useful software this one gives you an option to XM (kind of 3M) a subbed bin and send it to your customers/friends they can write it to their card using the client version of this software, card can not be dumped or cleaned unless you have a right software to clean it, this is probably the most dynamic software I have seen so far. 3rd one is Renegade I received it last week but did not get any of the contact info from them yet, this software is an .exe which locks to your computer tons of options, these guys have been around since F card days.
HUs are working fine again // April 11 2002
Some of the HU scripts were hashing on 500s yesterday evening later on hashing stopped so I did not update my card chart, I am sure it will resume again today.
It was brought to my attention that VIP Static guys are advertising that they can do P4 cards I have NOT seen one done and I doubt it that anyone can do a P4 card at this time I sent them an e-mail asking about it.
H cards attack is confirmed/HU hashing too // April 10 2002
I have received over 150 e-mails from people who lost their good H cards yesterday, all those cards are BS cards now. Thank you for reporting back to me guys!!! HU started to hash this afternoon too I will update card chart in the evening.
H card ECM?? // April 09 2002
I was told that there was H card ECM today, this ECM damaged the 8000 area on a good cards that means if you had a good card in the receiver now that card is a BS H card, I did not have any of my good cards damaged so I can not confirm that report if any of you guys had that done please let me know.

Quiet week // April 08 2002
Not too much hashing last week it was fairly quiet week:) One of my advertiser from Niagara Falls had a visit from authorities and he has a gag order on him at present so I can not write too much on him including his name.
DTV announces it finally // April 04 2002
Card swap has been hot topic for month and half now and finally DTV announces it officially on April 2nd Card Swap, their initial plan is to replace the cards within 6 months which is pretty hard looking at the numbers of the cards they have to swap, if they swap out 10,000 customers a day (big number taking account of all the customer service you need) it would take long time before replacing 12 million subscribers, my guess is that they will swap out all of the H cards (around 1 million to swap) customers before swapping HUs.
It was also announced that NDS will not be part of DTV security anymore after their contract expires in Aug 2003. NDS is having a rough month (read my March 13th news) they have been sued by their rival security company for hacking their cards and giving it to one of the pirate site, DTV is trying to stay clear of all the negative publicity NDS is getting lately there was also a rumor that NDS is not doing a good job purposely with security so stock prices can go down and they can buy DTV but who knows.
Now the question everyone is going to ask about this P4 card:)) it is apparently encrypted with 128 bit and it suppose to be a very secure card but remember any encryption that could be made there is always a way to decrypt it.

Doc debug site // April 01 2002
I got few e-mails about doc debug site being taken over by law enforcement, it is very easy to re-direct your URL to any other site (CIA, FBI etc...) if you want to do that. I am sure he or one of the guy who is running his site did that on purpose so people get scared and do not write/bug him it is a Doc "debug" tool hehehe.
I will be doing some changes to my site in next few days there will be a nice surprise next week or so if everything goes as planned.
I added a new software "Tornado" and card "Interceptor E3M" from Funnel web guys on my card chart this software is patchable so they will supply you a patch if it goes down that means no sending cards back and forth to dealers.
I added a section Top 3 HU scripts, it might be little controversial to some dealers because it does not count the same day down fix as down card but it is added if you have any suggestion please write me.
Stream is pretty messy // March 28 2002
There are lots of new commands (P4 maybe) in the stream since last night which are causing BS and good H cards to freeze or invalid card nag, there has been more updates in the stream this week alone than whole year all together.
I tested a universal Jtag from Dishchat guys yesterday this one reads and write to all receivers using one Jtag only, mold is very nice so it fits in the receivers quite easily making a good contact.
I also tried a dishnetwork unlooper from Emulator1, this is a stand alone unit which can unlock the locked ROM3 cards and it will unloop ROM3 cards too if the cards were ECMed.
I received a Absolute1 loader from Extreme Satellite today, this loader could be flashed to unloop, load or unlock DTV cards, you can also flash it to use as a dishnet loader, it is fully enclosed loader there is option to use external power and input or use PS2 power supply, very easy to flash (all instructions are on the bottom) and extremely user friendly.
Fixes are coming in // March 24 2002
I have been receiving new fixes since yesterday so far the only real fix came from CommanderGold which is a working 3m script, I got one from Fixcard today too they said that they will be fixing it up little more before releasing it to their customers and dealers. Few guys sent me a bin to show that they are working but I do not think that is appropriate fix for the 3M script, it should be a full program not a bin.
Patriot VFU unlooper guys asked me to use a faster computer to optimize the performance, that is what I did today and it made a huge difference, this unlooper is doing all of the cards 10-25 seconds .

Hashing is nasty // March 23 2002
I do not care how dealers want me to judge it but all the cards are freezing if these cards are freezing every 15 minutes or 5 minutes it is still hashing.
Re-doing your card helps you for 1 hour or so after that all the table fills up and freezing comes back.
My apology to SatCentral their card is working and I end up marking it down, they came here on Thursday to show me the Revivor and he also dropped off 2 of his new cards I had those sitting in my jacket pocket till he e-mailed me today to remind about it sorry guys:(
Canberts sent me a patch for their fix. PrivateCodes sent me a working bin and Ultimate HU also sent me a working bin.
The first actual software fix came from CommanderGold few minutes ago it I am testing it and good so far:)))
Unloopers comparison // March 22 2002
I have tried all the available unloopers by the end of the day today, this was such a sought out item but after it release the price drop and freeware release made it dime a dozen here is what I found after trying all unloopers on lots of different cards in same order I have tested it.
XP Detonator was the first unlooper I tried it worked with everything fine except the 4b cards performance was good and price was better than expected then it went way lower than expected.
Una-tester release, this was a very good learning tool for the hobbiest slower than detonator but for free you can not complain much.
Ui4s5c7f is the nicest freeware release so far it is an unlooper with loader/glitcher all in one this unlooper is based on una-tester codes but it is more tweaked out, backward compatible with ectremeHU and all other loader/glitcher software.
Patriot VFU unlooper is a fine commercial unlooper this works with winexplorer4.9 script, has options to do it all 4b,5b,6b no problems and it does it VERY fast, probably the best medium priced unlooper.
Revivor is the Lexus of all the unloopers this is by far the finest machine I have seen so far this does all the cards and does it extremely fast this one is stand alone unit, you can load your 3M to it via computer unloop the card and 3M it with one shot, this unit is probably not for end users this is geared toward dealers.
I was informed by the Patriot group that you can rename your 3M bin to 4b,5b,6b etc.. and you can load 3M with this unit too I guess same goes with Detonator and freeware unlooper rename 3M bin to Eeprom.bin you can unloop and load 3M in same shot. I think if you are a dealer you should have all of these in your hand, if you are an end user Patriot is a very good choice or you can buy Detonator and have a loader loaded it up with freeware unlooper to do your 4b cards.
On the 3M front this hashing is sure strange some cards are working then freeze for few seconds I will wait for 24 hours till I know something for sure.
I have heard lots of claims from the software developers/dealers on this hashing some people are calling their code self correcting some calling it auto reset on and on:))) bottom line is DTV has sent way too many pockets through the stream yesterday which caused some of their legit subscribers to go down too so hashed was halted that is why you guys are watching TV and your dealers are bragging, I call it a premature celebration but again we should enjoy each and every day while we can.

DTV started their hashing around 5PM Pacific time today, it looks fairly bad hashing, Here is RAM9999 . Card chart is updated Card Chart. There is something strange with this hashing cards are getting hashed and some come back again, Funnel Web and Private Codes and Commander Gold are doing that right now.
Unbelievable drop in prices:( // March 20 2002
Unlooper is the most unbelievable drop in hardware price I have ever seen, people are upset dealers are upset I do not know what these developer are up to and what the heck they are doing:( I know few dealers who lost their shirt and pants, what I was told that dealers had to buy X amount of unit at X amount of price and no one was allowed to sell it for less than $799 a piece but that went down the tube in big hurry next day price went down to $450 and now you can buy for as low as $250 this was a total disappointment for end users and dealers.

Freeware from yesterday seem to be popping cards for lots of people but it is slower than commercial remember you did not pay anything:)
I received an unlooper from HUCARDFIX today it is working good:) I suppose to receive a different version of unlooper tomorrow and an other different one day after I will keep you guys posted on all the upcoming models and their functions.
Unlooper war & freeware release // March 18 2002
It looks like there is unlooper war or should we say fight against terrorist (dtv) hehehehe, prices are all over the board but the best price I have seen so far is HUCARDFIX I called them to find out about it because I was told there was a set price to sell these units, he told me that is the price they are selling at and it is the same unit, he is sending one out my way for me to see it I will have it in next 6-8 hours.
I was also contacted by the 2nd unlooper group who has a stand alone unit they will be coming here to demo it to me in next few days.
To add more twist to the situation una-tester released his freeware unlooper version today, I got a copy of him and tried on few cards with no luck but I have confirmed reports from 2 friends who popped their looped cards no problem.

Hugh from HUDSS came to my town with the unlooper I tried it with over 30 cards it worked I got 2 out of 30 could not be done rest of those were all done no problem, it finds heartbeat (glitches) within 5-8 seconds on majority of the cards, it clones the cards with whatever bin you put into the folder (if you have original bins it will write those back on to the cards), if you insert a valid (stuck card) it loops it to FF and then unloops it (message pops up that card is valid when you insert a good atr card).
I guess all the wait and rumors are over go ahead and loop your cards without worrying now:)
HU unlooper demo // March 16 2002
Hugh from HUDSS called and told me that he will fly to my town by Sunday to show me a working unit I will report on it as soon as I see it.
On the HU 3Ms I am disappointed with the remote control code software this is the 2nd time this s/w did not work along with rating control software:( I really do not think this is going to work but it is a good try and very good idea.
I have received a professionally built Jtag from BigDadee yesterday this unit is quite impressive there are 2 very strong magnets on the bottom so you do not have to hold it win with your hand, comes with software CD 2 different heads (to do all models) very nicely built!!!
HU unlooper? // March 15 2002
I was informed by Hugh from HUDSS that they will demo HU unlooper on Sunday and will be shipping it to the customers on Monday, all info is on their site. I did not see or try one yet so I will not be much help answering any questions regarding unlooper.
I received DishCombabulator from DishChat it is a dish loader with private software all the cards are locked and non dumpable once you 3M it with this machine, you can unlock the card with the same machine which you use to program this unit is not geared toward the end users it is for dealers who do not want to risk their cards with freeware, very nice unit and functions are nice and simple.
Fast fixes:) // March 14 2002
It was amazing how fast the fixes came in:))) I received CommanderGold fix few hours after the hash yesterday, that was VERY good run for them and VERY fast service!!!!
Around 11PM I received fix from Private Codes that was also very impressive (remote did not work they sent the new s/w).
Funnel Web sent me their fix around 4AM my time while I was sleeping, I guess these guys do not sleep:)))) it goes on and on from there I received Fixcard this morning along with SatCentral, UltimateHU and HUCARDFIX guys. I added red/green light for same day fix Thank you DevXprime for the wonderful work!!!!!!

I do not think yesterday's lawsuit will be the only one NDS has to worry about we might see NagraVision going after NDS too.
There are rumors that in late 1999 NDS hacked their North American rival NagraVision's (Echostar) card using their lab in Israel, those codes were also distributed through one of their own employee and dr7 site, there was very extensive investigation on this last year.

Lawsuit against NDS // March 12 2002
Vivendi Universal's Canal Plus Group placed a lawsuit against the rival company NDS yesterday, Canal Plus has accused NDS for hacking their satellite cards code in late 1990. Apparently NDS set up massive labs in Israel to hack the rival company's code and gave it to a satellite hacking site in North America.

I received product from Easybuy2000 middle of last week and did not get a chance to do a review till yesterday:( I received a Professional HU loader it is an open case loader with ZIF socket (helps you insert or take out atmels without using any force) and comes with 2 un-flash atmels so you can flash to H unlooper, HU loader or Dishnet loader, it is Canadian made unit.
2nd unit from them is Protector, it is very similar to AVR board for dishnetwork but the main difference is that Protector uses the private software which is less likely to get hit than freeware it protects your dishnetwork cards from being looped or marked in case of an ECM.
3rd unit is a Jtag, this device is made to read boxkey and IRD information from dishnetwork receivers, I have used few different Jtags in the past but this is one of the most impressive unit so far the reason seems nice and simple to me these guys are using very sharp pins on this device comparing to other people who are using blunt pins this one digs right into the soldering and makes perfect contacts in return it gives you 100% success reading receivers, this is also the only Jtag I have used so far which can write back to receiver successfully too.
The last device is ISO7816 programmer it has BS bootloader incorporated on the board which is handy to use, this unit has atmel chip socket too I do not know the function of it , there is also internal power supply connection and wire with it too. I will be adding all this to my review section in next few days or so.
Hashing Friday:) // March 08 2002
Hashing came down around 11AM Pacific time as usual:) Few cards got hit I updated my card chart you can check it out Card Chart, this is to clear up all the crazy questions and confusions when cards go down I put them down when I get fixes I turn green on some people seem to be getting very confused on this Canbert is a good example here they went down yesterday but they sent me fix 2 hours later so that means it is green now but if you go in the performance area it is red for that day (yesterday).
2nd point I want to make is that when dealers send me card to test I do not know what they are sending if their card stays up it will be green if it goes down it will be red I do not know what they send to their customers so do not whine and bitch at me because mine is up and your is down ask your dealer remember each dealer has more than one software.
DataStream back to normal // March 06 2002
Later last night DataStream went back to normal missing DSW are back there too this could mean 2 thing first one is that they got their guns loaded and ready to fire or by mistake they pushed the wrong button and last night they realized it and fixed it up:)
Lots of people are e-mailing me about H card news, I hope they do not shut that stream down I like my H cards I guess only time will tell what is going to happen in next few weeks I am hanging on to my H cards:))
Card swap ???? // March 04 2002
It looks like that H card will be swapped by middle of this month that is going to be one sad day:( DTV is asking all of their customers to swap H cards with new cards which is in the mail for them I personally hope it is not true but....... DTV is showing card swap instructions on channel 222 on and off. New card or so called P4 card will replace HU eventually too but it is going to take LONG time before they can replace millions of cards.

Hashing has begun 10:30 AM Pacific time I will do a full report on it at the end of the day and I will also update the card chart accordingly. Info from RAM9999 on this hashing. All of the cards on my page stayed up through this hashing except Canbert and they sent a patch right away.
I received a glitcher/dumper from HUCARDFIX yesterday this loader glitches dumps just like others but this one has option to lock your 3M or bin so no one can dump it, I have an other one on review section too that works pretty well the same as these guys.
I also received a software package from private codes guys this one works with remote codes that means when card gets hashed you get set of codes to enter through remote control in the spending limits and card should start working again. I was testing similar thing for HUDSS guys too but did not get any codes after hashing I would like to see how this software performs after hashing, idea seems very good we will see how it performs it is added to my card chart and review section.
I also received an other software package from an old group this one calls NuanceV6 it is not an explorer script it is an EXE file, looks great but I will like to see how it performs.

I received an e-mail from Nova guys they said that they are having server problems that is why their site is down.
I received new software from HUDSS guys yesterday which suppose to fix the card by entering numbers through the remote control in case of hashing, I guess next hash would be the test for that software:) There are also some interesting devices and new software coming out I will be adding it all to my review section when I receive new product.
Unlooper No Gold medal Yes // Feb 25 2002
Lots of talk about unlooper release (one site claiming to have it for demo lots of sites taking pre-orders) so far it is all BS, demo guys are too busy I do not know what they are busy with :))))) and pre-orders guys oh well if you did not learn your lesson in past about the pre-orders garbage then you deserved to get ripped off, sorry it seems little too harsh so is reality.

Cards are freezing and few got killed with this latest attack I will have more on it little later on tonight. Here is info from RAM9999 I had to change my performance chart back to old system I will put the new one up as soon as I get the bugs fixed in it my expert is working hard at it.
Only working cards/SW on my page were CommanderGold, Funnel Web, HUDSS, Well Known Group and Wonder Box. Canbert had the fix few hours after the hash.
For all those impatient people who think I should be sitting in front of computer all the times my card chart is updated now Card Chart.
Latest software and toys // Feb 20 2002
I have received a new version of software from HUDSS which dumps the new un-dumpable cards I guess it is all catch 22:) I was also informed that his new 3M version will have option if you get hashed you go in settings/limits and put in 4 digits code your card will start working again that seems like a good idea I suppose to get one to test some time today. I have added some new features to my page Current update is one and performance chart is the other section which is on my Card Chart Thank you DevX prime for the GREAT work!!! Footnote to above dumper I got permission from Fixcard, UltimateHU, Private Codes and Canbert to dump their card and this software could not dump it.

Today is Friday and usual hash is in the stream:( Here is detail from hardworking RAM9999. I heard that emulators are going IVAC and some of HUs are gone 00 and fff. Review // Feb 14 2002
I received an HU loader, dual mode programmer and bootloader from DishHeads yesterday, put those things through some serious tests :)) HU loader is all enclosed very easy to flash back and forth works like a charm with H and HU, dual mode programmer is enclosed also worked very good with dishnet stuff no switch it is auto detect worked equally as good with DTV stuff, bootloader is all surface mount chips very well made, I am impressed with quality and price.
I also received a phone call from Ringer he is selling unlocker/dumper very cheap he sent me his software which I did not get unlocked yet but I imagine it works like everything else, here is my two bits if you are going to buy an unlocker/glitcher for dumping purpose only remember most of the software guys have closed that hole that means current dumping software will not work on most of the commercial cards. I added all the tested unlockers/glitchers on my card charts too.
Fixes and other issues // Feb 12 2002
I have been receiving fixed cards/SW from dealers let me please inform you on that first if the card is hashed it is going to take dealers a day or more to fix the problem then they have to ship it out which takes 2-3 days so in total it should take 3-5 days for fixed cards it is harder when hashing happens on Friday you got 2 days screwed up with the weekend, software should be faster all they have to do is fix the problem and e-mail the software.
I got my card chart updated and few cards should be in tomorrow.
Now on the other issue there has been lots of bashing going on with rebel group I have been listening the stories from ex/partners current guys partners of ex/partners I have spent 4 hours on the phone with all involved parties and some non involved parties today bottom line is first of all I should NEVER be put in the position where I have to try to resolve their inside fights as we all know where there is money there will be greed and back stabbing so I am not going to get in too much on that end what I gather from all involved parties is there was ex/partners and current owners who started this out of Montreal or maybe that was their sales front, code suppose to be very good but it got hashed, got it fixed and got it hashed week or so later when it happened few times one of the party decided to go with different software called Static3M they told all their customers that they will be upgraded to Static3M codes which utilize the different atmel and code meanwhile one of the partner and his partners wanted to sell the Rebel regular stuff so both were on their page when customers started to send in request for Static3M upgrade there were lots of un-accounted customers which caused this inside fight among ex/partners, their software and writer current partners.
I can not say who did what to who but this is the bottom line to me as long as customers who paid the money for the software/hardware taken care of I do not care much what goes behind their closed doors it is their problem they should resolve it themselves it is hard enough for me to stick my neck out for the end users I will not like to get involved in any inside fighting I was told by the current guys that all their customers are already on the Static3M I suppose to get the copy and atmel tomorrow for my page review there will not be any more Rebel Soft. As for the ex/partners and their partners I guess they will do what ever they feel is right, this is not the whole story but it should give you an idea how cut throat it can get even among the partners. On a pleasant note I will be reviewing few new products tomorrow and will post my finding on those.

Experts are saying that Echo/dishnetwork is getting ready to do some kind of attack here is the report. On the DSS front lots of people are reporting their cards down if you read my 2 posts below it explains the problem which is caused by bin attacks and some hashing here is detail from AOL6945 on it, Funnel web guys called me today to inform that they will be selling their software with support this time.
Black list blues:)) // Feb 06 2002
DTV has created a havoc with black listing the bins (H and HU) most of the cards are displaying "please insert valid card" which goes to ext745 after few reboots, I have some reports of dead good H cards these guys are having tough time fixing those, few dealers made some changes to make their cards undumpable with this new glitcher/dumper Fixcard, HUDSS and Privatecodes have sent me the non dumpable cards so far, Rebel guys claim to have that too but I did not see that card or software from them yet I did receive the glitcher/dumper Atmel chip from them yesterday . Wonderbox guys have the new software interface out too which has very cool features including cam ID and ZKT option so you can use your own subbed bin to run it if you need to.

No, DTV did not forget you test card users:) there is activity in DataStream again we will see lots of stuff getting hashed fairly shortly, here is a report from RAM9999 on this change Thank you RAM9999. I will update my news and card chart as it happens. It seems like this attack was geared toward Emulation type of hacks some HU got hits along with few bootloader scripts out of my chart Wonderbox was hit and they fixed it 2 hours later, Rebel basic software package was hashed also. There is also a new card on my card chart PrivateCodes .
Upcoming changes // Jan 31 2002
There are few upcoming changes on my page and in DSS test card world, I added a section on my card chart this section will be good to keep track of the cards or software per month base if card or software goes down I will add a red dot on that date and keep on adding it till that group has a fix so people can see when that card or software went down and how long it stays down I will try (somehow) to keep the history of the product as long as I can keep if any of you guys have suggestion please feel free to write me. I also added an Ultimate TV section it tells you which card works with that Ultimate TV and which does not.
I was informed by Rebel guys that they will be selling their unlocker/glitcher units starting tomorrow which will include dumping software along with other options I do not know why this will be good but that is what they decided to do I was also informed by HUDSS guys that they will be releasing some exciting software in next few days I do not know what it is (hope it is an unlooper lol) I have added a new card to my card chart too it came from hucardfix.

I came across a detail spot beam map on the net I thought it will be interesting for you guys to have a look at it Spot Beam thank you for your hard work Scott!!!! Here is an other good site for Spot Beam. I also received the new improved unlocker from FixCard guys yesterday this unit is impressive it is nicely made with clear case around it, very compact I am positive there are 2 Atmel chips on it (could be wrong) I used it with 4 locked cards it did all of them in 3-5 seconds, they also sent me their 3M software which comes with this package, over all this is very impressive unit.

I received static3M software from REBeL guys today they said that it took them little while to fix the security issue I tried it and it works there are 2 options when you are loading the software you can either install static3M or you can install random3M I loaded one with static3M and I will be testing that for my card chart.
Unlocker/glitcher from fixcard // Jan 23 2002
I got the unlocker/glitcher from Fixcard guys today (shipping delay by puro). This is all enclosed unit with Dexter's Winexplorer4.7 which locks into your computer for security this software came with their private 3M too:) It works exactly what these guys claim it does I had few software locked cards some cards were done in few seconds some took more time but it glitched them no problem I was informed that these guys are the exclusive dealers with the tech support.
Glitcher test // Jan 21 2002
I received the first new glitcher from HUDSS guys this evening it worked with most of the cards I tried 10 locked cards (which could not be opened with regular loader) 8 of those worked this one has an .exe file which is capable of clean, write and dumping any cards dumping is disabled at this point. I also got a waybill # from Fixcard guys there loader is on its way I will test that tomorrow and post the result on it.

First of all I should let you guys know that HUdss2002 (Violator) guys sent me their fix around 5 PM today I was too busy with my Son's birthday party sorry for the delay on news guys. I have 4 different groups telling me this new age loader/glitcher which can clean any codes of the cards (software locked cards etc...) I will post more info on it as soon as I get one here to review.

It seems that they are starting to hash the HU, H and SLE emus, here is more technical info from RAM9999 warning on the BS H card fix Details. The WonderBox is being affected at this time also. On a positive note I got my looped cards back (same cards) from HUDSS it took 7 days and cards are fixed!!!!! great job guys I was also told that they will have the fix for Violator shortly. Major ECM // Jan 09 2002
Pull out your cards and get in touch with your dealers. H cards are being killed in bootloaders and some HUs are getting looped also. I just updated my card chart here is the low down the only 3 working HU cards on my page are SatCentral, HUDSS and Private script, Canbert guys just sent me a patch to fix the hashing which works good but it did go down with this hashing. Later on today Violator software went down too.

DTV came down pretty heavy on H and HU cards with C9 command I will write a detail on which cards stayed up and which went down but first here is little more on Violator Software I tested yesterday this is a private script which works with Dexter's winexplorer 4.7 that means it is fully encrypted software which locks in to your computer, it is very simple to use nice layout all in one function (cleaning and programming in one step) you can also set an expiry date on the cards if you like to the BEST feature I like is Ultimate TV setup !!!! now to aftermath I do not have ALL the cards at my place so I could not report on it right away I have to rely on people who are testing these cards for me, SatCentral HU stayed up for me but few of their other versions went down, BigDadee sent me 2 cards the one I have here stayed up the 2nd one went down, FixCard sent me 2 cards both stayed up, NovaHU sent me one card which went down but they claim that their other one is working, HUDSS sent me one card which stayed up, UltimateHU sent me one card it stayed up. Out of the software packages REBeL went down they told me that static 3M will be going to their customers shortly, Funnel Web stayed up, Canbert was down but by the time I got the software it was fixed, Violator Software came to me after hashing and it is working. On the H cards all the previous known bootloader fixes went down few emulators went down too Wonderbox keep on working.

There is an update in the stream which is affecting bootloaders, emulations and some HUs including REBeL are freezing too here is the detail from RAM9999 Thank you for the detail RAM, most of the H cards on my card chart are working fine. I also received a 3M HU software from Canbert today it is a encrypted software which goes with your machine id of the computer and works only in that computer this software works very fast all the details are on their page I will add that card to my card chart too (to clear the confusion let me add this footnote in here by the time I got Canbert software they already have the patch for this hash) , an other private script came to me this evening called Violator I will test it later on today and review that one too. I have REBeL, Funnel Web , Canbert and Violator now it will be very interesting to see the performance and support from the BIG boys!!!! I am being asked by dealers not by customers to write which card is working, it is easy to go to my Card Chart and see the green light or red light but I guess they want to see their names here:)))) Please note these are the card version I have some dealers have 2-3 different versions and few could be up and down but my working cards are Bigdadee, Fixcard, Hudss, Ultimate HU, Canbert software, Funnel Web software and Violator
Wonderbox is working wonderfully too.
My Sat Central card came up after rebooting the receiver it could be my receiver or the card I do not know.

It looks like Ech* is hitting receiver again it says "a serious problem is detected with your receiver" this problem is happening with AVRs at this time plastic seems to be fine but I suggest everyone to unplug your systems regardless of what you are using. I got a new HU and H card on my card chart too it is from HUDSS I am also sending some cards to these guys for unlooping I will report on it as soon as I get my cards back.
